Danny is an accomplished commercial, film, TV, music video and trailer editor. He is detail-oriented, motivated and a powerful storyteller.  Danny is committed to executing his client's vision to build stories that capture an audience’s attention and is proud of his consistent track record of client appeasement.  He believes he is always an integral part of a creative team to help mold and sculpt a piece into a finished product.

Danny graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Major in Communications and then began his career at The Filmworkers Club in Chicago. After a year as librarian, he moved up to become an assistant editor to Rob Churchill.  Danny learned the art of online editorial under Rob’s guidance and the craft of creative editorial from assisting numerous West and East coast freelance editors. This helped Danny harness his skills as a diverse and knowledgeable editor.

In late 2005, Danny became a freelance editor in order to expand his horizons and find new creative outlets.  His skills on Avid, Final Cut Pro and Fire allow him to fit in well at any company.  Since arriving in Los Angeles in 2007, he has cut film trailers, spots, and feature films.  After editing the award winning documentary, “Bustin’ Down The Door,” Danny moved on to cut his next feature length doc, “Becoming Bert Stern,” and doing additional editing work on the feature length comedy, “Peep World,” starring Rainn Wilson, Michael C. Hall and Sarah Silverman.  He recently signed on as editor of the feature length doc, “Jobriath A.D”

Danny currently resides in Venice Beach, California.
